Federal Disability Retirement Forum
Robert R. McGill is an attorney who represents injured federal workers from several US agencies such as the DHS, CBP, USPS or DOL for purposes of securing disability retirement benefits. Federal Disability Retirement is not approved by the agency or the OWCP but by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Ill or injured federal workers don’t need to prove total disability or that their illness/injury was job related, but only that their present condition prevents them for working efficiently.
